Belgium Trip

On Friday 5th February a group of students from Years 7-9 took a very memorable and enlightening trip to Belgium, to visit the First World War battlefields around Ypres. The boys were given the opportunity to visit the largest British and Commonwealth cemetery in the world and were also given the chance to take part in a memorial service at the Menin Gate.
The students were able to see firsthand, where men of all different backgrounds and religions fought and died at one of the most significant battles of the First World War.
