Tower Hamlets Elections

This is our moment. This is our time. Our time to turn the page on the policies of the past and work towards a future where a Bow Boy is the Young Mayor of Tower Hamlets!
On Wednesday the proud citizens of Bow Boys took part in the Borough Young Mayor elections for the first time. Two employees of the local government, Mohammed Raja and Benilda Baiden, came into school and ran this formal election, poling booths, ballot box and all.
It was great to see the boys casting their votes and learning about participation and they did the school proud with a turnout of over 250 boys. Next year the school will hopefully be entering its own candidate and the boys are excited about this opportunity.
