Priorities 2024/28

This plan lays out a top-level overview of the strategic direction of our school over the next four years. Its purpose is to provide school leaders, staff, students, their parents, and our partners with a clear sense of how we wish to develop the school, identifying our priorities for improvement and the broad actions we will take in achieving our vision within our school’s unique context and its place within the local, national, and international community.

Our strategy is ambitious, grounded in a compelling vision of the future, where our organization is both a school and employer of choice, well set to take advantage of the opportunities we are presented with, while meeting any challenges we may face with the capacity and confidence to overcome them. While this plan will guide the direction of the school, it is our intention that it will not prevent us from adapting to new and changing opportunities and circumstances.

We enter the next period determined to go from strength to strength as we build a future in which all of our children become world- and career-ready.
