Improving Academic Abilities

During the summer between Year 7 and Year 8 the current Year 8 cohort had to complete a project in Maths, English and Science.  Each student was expected to complete this project to support their learning through Year 7 and help prepare them for the transition into Year 8.  Since returning to school the projects have been handed in and assessed by classroom teachers. From these assessments, 37 pieces of work across the three subjects were identified as exceptional pieces of work.  The boys that produced this work will receive Headteacher Academic Awards and in school recognition for their efforts in improving their academic abilities.
