Battle Of The Bands

On 22nd March 2018 we competed in an annual Battle of The Bands at Morpeth School.

"The Bow B Words" performed a brilliant cover of John Legend's ’All Of Me' to a packed Theatre of parents and musicians.

We didn't win the overall competition, but our lead singer received a special mention from the Judges for her stunning vocal performance and the band played really well under lots of pressure.

The day before they also performed the song to Year 9 in the Waterside Theatre and I hope this inspires many Year 9’s to choose Music at GCSE!
