Bow MasterChefs
This term, Year 8 students visited Stepney City Farm to learn about sustainable farming. During their visit, they toured the farm, learning about the various animals and vegetables. This hands-on experience provided them with a deeper appreciation for the origins of their food.
Recently, the students participated in a vegetable cooking masterclass led by a chef from the School Food Matters charity. Using fresh produce from the farm, they learned how to prepare delicious and nutritious dishes. This session not only enhanced their culinary skills but also encouraged healthy eating habits.
