Design Technology Food Pop-Up Club
The Design Technology Department’s Food Pop up Club started on 16th November with great success. Ms Johnson and the students made Challah bread to link to the school’s exhibition on the life of Anne Frank. Challah bread is a traditional Jewish bread that is usually braided and typically eaten on ceremonial occasions such as Sabbath and major Jewish holidays (other than Passover). Challah is made of dough from which a small portion has been set aside as a blessing. Lily Tran in 8T's fantastic breads can be seen in the photo. We hope to see more students at the next Pop up Food Club on 14th December.
