Honour for Bow Cricketers

Bow School were awarded free tickets to watch the Bangladesh national cricket team as they took on Ireland in a One Day series to qualify for the ODI World Cup.

The two-hour rain delay was soon forgotten when Bow students were called to the field to form the guard of honour for the Bangladesh team as they ran onto the field.

The students enjoyed a thrilling match and returned to Bow at the end of the day with autographs and lots of memories of meeting their cricketing heroes. A fantastic experience for all!
