This summer, our Year 8 Green Society members participated in the exhilarating 'Know Your Onions' programme, organised by the School Food Matters Charity. This innovative school food enterprise initiative provided our students with valuable insights into biodiversity, climate change, and the pivotal role of food production in tackling these issues. They eagerly rolled up their sleeves and cultivated their own fruits and vegetables, gaining firsthand experience in the art of gardening. In July, they will eagerly sell their organically grown produce at the renowned Whitechapel market.
