Launching our Gold Cadets

Following on the success of last year’s EDT Industrial Cadets project, we have entered a new team to participate in the Industrial Cadets Gold Award. Inspired by HRH Kings Charles III, the components of the Gold Award aims to illustrate the employability skills, personal learning and thinking skills acquired by each cadet, whilst providing our young people with active learning in STEAM related careers. This year, our new cadets will work in partnership with Siemens and an industry mentor on a real-life project and design a solution to the issue presented. Stay posted to hear how they get on!
