National U14 Judo Champion

 We are delighted to report that our Year 9 student Younes Aberkane has been crowned the National U14 Judo Champion. Younes competed in the under 90kg category against students from all over the country. To be crowned champion Younes had to beat four other competitors. Each competitor gave Younes a good fight but Younes was too strong, displaying skills beyond his age.

If Younes continues to develop then, you never know, we could be cheering him on in future Olympic games.
