PE Residential 19-20 May
The PE department took 45 students to Gilwell Park on Friday 19th May 2017. The students from Years 7, 8 and 9 experienced some outdoor activities, a campfire and camped overnight. The students really enjoyed it and showed themselves in a very positive light. It was a great experience.
It was clearly a new environment for a lot of our students - some conquered their fear of heights, some had to deal with muddy trainers for the first time and some decided that they did not want to sleep!
Thanks to all involved and a special thank you to Ms Anderson, Ms O’Keefe, Mr Myers and Coach Nick who endured the elements themselves and camped overnight!
