Bow School

Sports Day

Sports Day

On the 3rd July Bow students took part in the Annual Sports Day held at the London Community Track. Students from Master, Besant, Pankhurst and Tull battled it out in blistering heat in traditional athletics events including running, jumping and throwing. There were some very eye catching performances with lots of school records being set.

All students who took part were a credit to their House as they competed with true grit and determination, showing respect for all fellow athletes. It was very moving to hear the athletes clap and cheer each race as they ran down the final straight.

Unfortunately there had to an overall winner and I’m very pleased to say that Master came out on top.
