Tower Hamlets Football Festival
Well done to all who took part in the Year 7 & 8 Tower Hamlets Football Festival on Wednesday 8th March. The boys represented the school exceptionally well, both on and off the pitch. There were some great games and an excellent display of football from all of the schools in the Borough.
Year 7
Year 7 displayed excellent commitment throughout the day, scoring 8 goals and winning 3 games on their way to finishing top of their group. In a tense and hard fought semi-final they came out on top after scoring 2 penalties!
Any nerves were soon put to rest with a first minute goal, and the team then put on an excellent defensive display to make sure Bow were crowned Tower Hamlets Champions.

Year 8
The Year 8 boys raced to victory in the group stage without losing or conceding a goal. The semi-final was ended in a dramatic penalty shoot-out which Bow School lost agonisingly in sudden death 6-5.
