Tower Hamlets Sports Hall Athletics

Last week, Year 7 and 8 boys competed in the Tower Hamlets Sports Hall Athletics.

Students were competitive from the get go! Teams put in some great performances throughout and inthe penultimate relay event, were heading for victory in the Year 7 race, when Ashley was closing down leaders... Until he was struck with any athletes worst enemy! A pulled hip flexor muscle! However, the Year 8's were able to rectify this when Daniel turned a great 3rd into 1st for the team. Usain Bolt-esque some might say! 

 The Year 7's finished the day in a respectable 5th, and the Year 8's a brilliant 3rd! We are incredibly proud of all of our students. Not only was their sportsmanship and effort fantastic, but they represented the values we have at Bow to the highest level.
