Year 7 and Year 9 Cisco Pathways Programme
A group of our students were selected to take part in the Cisco Programme, which aims to raise career aspirations and inspire young people to pursue careers in technology. The programme also focuses on addressing the lack of diversity in the tech sector.
Before the school year ended, Year 7 and Year 9 students participated in the Smart School Workshop and the Networking Workshop, gaining practical skills and insights into the technology industry.
After the two workshops, 12 students were chosen to visit Cisco’s headquarters. This was a great opportunity to meet the Cisco team and volunteers and take part in some fun challenges!
