Year 7 football

The Year 7 football team had a busy March - they were involved in the Tower Hamlets Football Tournament.

During an action packed day, the boys played 5 group matches and were unbeaten (3 wins, 2 draws) - finishing second and going through to the semi-finals.  After being 1-0 up at half time against Bishop Challoner, they unfortunately were on the wrong end of a comeback, and lost the game 4-1.

For their first tournament together the boys did themselves proud and, who knows, with another year together, perhaps next year we can push on to win!

The boys also had a fixture against Chobham Academy which was a very close fought battle … with the boys eventually going down 2-1.

Over the course of the season the boys have shown great commitment and have improved individually and as a team.
