Year 8s Rise to the Smart Cities Challenge

30 Year 8 students took part in the Smart Cities Challenge, hosted by Ahead Partnership and NetCompany. Six finalists pitched their Careers Service VR Experience idea at the grand finale at the University of Westminster on 18th December. Although they didn’t take home the top prize, the team was praised for their creativity, leadership, teamwork and presentation skills. The experience offered valuable exposure to real-world problem-solving and industry expectations.
