Young Mystery Writers

Year 7 and 8 budding writers warmly welcomed a Mystery Author to Bow School, as part of the National Literacy Trust Young Writers Project. Sam Sedgman, a published author of children's mystery books, delivered a live lesson on the craft of writing, which inspired and engaged students. Sam spoke highly of the students, commenting they were: 'the most engaging and full of ideas' and... 'the only children who've ever asked for my autograph!' Students are now working to craft their own stories to be published in an anthology in Summer, which we look forward to sharing.
